Osteria specialises in authentic Italian cuisine (100% vegetarian), brought to Chennai by the man behind the scene, Vineet Bokaria… from Dubai. The interiors are warm, rustic and a cozy Italian tavern look, designed by Vineet himself. The idea is to give every table a feature, and a difference to feel upon.
The chefs are from Dubai, as well, and have around 12 years experience in star hotels in this cuisine. The key feature of Osteria is that all the breads and pastas are made in-house with Italian equipments. They are as fresh as ever (which none of the Chennai restaurants of this category can claim so). Cheeses and oils are imported, which enhances the authenticity of the taste.
